Home Health Manager
Role summary
WelbeHealth PACE is seeking a Home Health Manager to lead their home care department, ensuring high-quality care for seniors in their homes and in nursing/board and care facilities. This role involves managing skilled home healthcare services, including nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. The manager will guide and develop the home care staff through hiring, training, and coaching, while ensuring adherence to workflows and policies. Key responsibilities include assessing nursing interventions, documenting care, and overseeing the quality of care provided in various settings. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with at least two years of nursing experience in home health with a frail or elderly population, and one year of leadership experience in Home Health is preferred. A California RN license is required.
