Role summary
Bi-County Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Program Manager to support individuals with disabilities in making choices and living, learning, and participating meaningfully in their community. This role emphasizes the dignity and worth of all individuals. The position combines responsibilities of both a DSP and a Program Manager, focusing on community integration and individual empowerment within the disability services sector.
