Role summary

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Digital Product Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Digital Product Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Digital Product Management. Required Qualifications: Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Serve as the Product Manager for a CRM-based relationship platform supporting merchant services and business banking.
  • Drive product roadmaps that support new service customers while also enhancing shared, cross-team capabilities.
  • Balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

Agile Leadership

  • Lead a Scrum team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce-based platform capabilities.
  • Manage product backlog, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Lines of Business (LOB) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage defects.
  • Act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders, clarifying options, recommending solutions, and aligning teams.
  • Work across the broader CRM organization to ensure alignment, reuse of capabilities, and prevention of duplicative efforts.

User-Centric Solution Development

  • Facilitate feedback loops with bankers and merchant-facing teams to ensure delivered solutions address real-world needs.
  • Ensure the CRM platform continues to evolve with user and business expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate extensively with technology teams, business partners, and CRM leadership to support platform adoption and continuous improvement.

Problem Solving & Decision Support

  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues affecting product functionality and user experience.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions to balance competing business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • experience in digital product management, CRM platforms, or closely related roles.
  • Strong background in business banking and/or merchant services
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving delivery in iterative environments.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with Line‑of‑Business (LOB) partners and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across competing business needs and translate them into actionable product direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when partnering with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform (highly desirable).
  • Prior experience as a banker or merchant-facing professional, or experience managing merchant customer relationships.
  • Experience building or enhancing CRM platforms used across multiple teams or business units.
  • Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Relationship-driven, collaborative leadership style.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with bankers and merchant stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and highly engaged in driving product outcomes.
  • Able to translate business needs into clear product strategy, requirements, and execution plans.
