The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Analyst. The Cyber Security Analyst will monitor our Information Systems environment for cyber-security related events, anomalies, and malicious activities. The Cyber Security Analyst will triage, respond, and escalate appropriately as needed.

*The Cyber Security Analyst will also:*

  • Monitor information systems for security issues
  • Investigate cyber-security incidents
  • Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information
  • Have a working knowledge of and adhere to vulnerabilities scanning industry best practices
  • Research security solutions and make recommendations to management
  • Stay current on information technology trends and security standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline is required. Security + or IAM Level 1 baseline certification equivalate
  • 3-5 years of experience in a security-related role or performing security-focused tasks
  • Excellent researching and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
  • U. S. citizenship is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
