Role summary

Window Nation is hiring immediately for a part-time Event Sales Representative to work local events in the Greater Baltimore area. This is an in-person, active role focused on engaging attendees, generating leads, qualifying homeowners, and scheduling in-home appointments. Paid training is provided for this entry-level position, offering real earning potential. Responsibilities include approaching attendees, starting conversations, and assisting with event booth setup and breakdown. Similar roles include Retail Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador.

Where We’re Urgently Hiring:
 
Greater Baltimore area, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Baltimore, and Howard Counties + nearby towns(Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Severn, Hanover, Linthicum, South Baltimore, Severna Park, Bowie, Crofton, Odenton, Laurel, 

What You'll Do:

 
  • Actively approach and engage event attendees
  • Start conversations and generate interest in our products
  • Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments
  • Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.)

What an Event Day Looks Like:

 
  • Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets)
  • Set up branded displays and materials
  • Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (6–8 hours)
  • Capture lead info and keep things organized
  • Pack up and break down at the end of the event
  • Schedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable)
  • Hours: 10–30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month

What It Takes:

 
  • You’re comfortable talking to new people all day
  • You bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethic
  • You’re reliable and show up ready to perform
  • You’re motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
  • You can stay on your feet for extended periods
  • Customer-facing experience helps (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) but isn’t required

Basic Requirements:

 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations
  • Ability to stand for 6–8 hours, with or without accommodations
  • Reliable transportation to event locations

Nice to Have:

 
  • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups
  • Bilingual is a plus
