Wing is looking for a Staff Recruiter to drive recruiting for our business and corporate functions, translating long-term business roadmaps into sophisticated search strategies and hiring results. Based in Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid), you will serve as a high-level advisor to Wing’s business and G&A leaders, driving the talent strategy required to scale the global infrastructure behind autonomous drone delivery.
With over a decade of experience including experience with VP-level searches, you understand that scaling functions like Finance, Government Affairs, Operations and Product Management requires deep organizational intelligence and high-stakes influence. You will play a vital role in attracting and hiring the key talent that empowers Wing to transition from an industry pioneer to a high-scale commercial operation.
