- Collaborate on system design and architecture to solve complex, real-world problems
What they're looking for:
- 4–12 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in startup environments
- Experience at early-stage companies (pre-Series D); founding engineer experience is a plus
- Background working in complex or low-tech industries (insurance, fintech, healthcare) preferred
- Proficiency with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
- Experience with browser automation or web scraping is a plus
- Strong curiosity and willingness to engage directly with customers
This is an opportunity to build meaningful infrastructure at the intersection of AI, fintech, and insurance while having real ownership and impact from day one.
