Job Summary:

This position offers the opportunity to lead high-stakes, enterprise-scale integration programs that directly impact business growth and market expansion. You will serve as the strategic orchestrator of complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring together diverse teams, technologies, and business processes under challenging timelines. You will be responsible for transforming acquisition opportunities into seamlessly integrated operations, ensuring that technology ecosystems align with strategic objectives while managing the inherent friction that accompanies organizational change. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional integration programs, specifically managing the friction that arises between legacy systems and enterprise standards
  • Build and maintain integration roadmaps, timelines, and resourcing strategies that account for unpredictable organizational variables
  • Anticipate hidden risks and dependencies, develop aggressive mitigation plans, and adjust course rapidly as deal dynamics shift
  • Provide outcome-focused, executive-level reporting that highlights the unfiltered truth of integration health
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal, and Security to define success metrics that ensure true value realization
  • Drive integration of acquired companies into enterprise platforms, prioritizing scalability and compliance over short-term fixes
  • Act as the final arbiter of trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality when guiding critical integration decisions
  • Refine repeatable playbooks to ensure lessons learned from previous integrations are codified to accelerate future initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, serving as a stabilizing force when conflicting priorities arise across business functions
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, bridging cultural and technical gaps between engineering, shared services, and acquired teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, possessing the backbone to drive clarity in decisions even when they are unpopular
  • Feed integration best practices into the broader program management organization to elevate collective expertise
  • Influence the prioritization and allocation of resources across concurrent, competing initiatives
  • Track and report on integration performance metrics with a focus on business outcomes and value realization

Skills:

  • Strong judgment and the ability to make decisive moves in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Expertise in evaluating complex integration options and guiding resistant leaders toward sound, unified decisions
  • Proficiency in governance and transparency frameworks that hold all parties accountable

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven history of successfully steering enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or high-growth technology environments
  • Significant experience managing end-to-end integration programs, with specific focus on organizational and process components
  • Proven ability to lead high-visibility programs and maintain composure with executive stakeholders during high-stakes situations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Management, or equivalent experience
  • PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is a plus
