Strategic Project Lead
Role summary
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to manage and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and teams across product, sales, operations, and customer success to deliver projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, possesses strong systems thinking and analytical skills, and takes full ownership of outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing operational systems, analyzing data, managing project timelines and resources, and communicating progress to executive stakeholders. A background in operations, strategy, product, consulting, or high-growth startups with 4-8 years of experience is required. Experience with AI data platforms or managing large workforces is a plus. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring travel to our Menlo Park office.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and customer success to drive initiatives from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems with incomplete information, and takes full ownership of outcomes. You will be expected to move quickly, make high-quality decisions, and drive measurable business impact at scale.
This is a full-time role requiring regular travel to our Menlo Park office.
