The ideal candidate is scrappy, ambitious, and proficient with AI tools, with a proven ability to grow audiences and a strong portfolio. This is a builder role focused on creating engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts, with potential for full-time employment. The position is remote-friendly, with potential for in-person shoots.
Woz (YC W25) is hiring a **Content Wizard** to own our content strategy and execution across **TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube**.
If you’re the kind of person who can turn raw ideas into highly engaging short-form videos, understands what makes content convert, and wants to build a brand that becomes synonymous with entrepreneurship, this role is for you.
This is a rare opportunity to be the person who builds Woz’s content engine from zero to massive scale. If you crush this role, it will undoubtedly serve as a massive career accelerant.
### **Goal**
Establish **Woz as the go-to brand for entrepreneurs launching mobile app-based businesses** by building content that:
* Educates and inspires builders
* Converts viewers into users
* Makes Woz culturally relevant in the “build a business” internet
## **About Woz**
Woz (YC W25) is the leading AI mobile app builder for entrepreneurs. Customers use Woz to build real, revenue-generating mobile app businesses (not throwaway demos). Our mission is to reduce barriers to business building and give anyone with grit and determination the ability to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
## **Who You Are**
You are _already_ a content creator. You post constantly, iterate fast, and obsess over what performs.
You might be perfect for this role if you:
* Are excellent at content creation (especially short form)\
Post regularly and have a deep intuition for what goes viral and what converts
* Have built a meaningful following (or have a strong portfolio that proves you can)
* Are scrappy, ambitious, and hungry
* Experiment with AI tools daily (Claude Code, CapCut, etc.)
* Want to build a big brand while also leveling up your own resume and public profile
**This is not a “social media manager” role. This is a builder role.**
## **What You’ll Do**
* Own content strategy across tiktok, instagram and youtube
* Manage external UGC campaigns
* Partner with relevant influencers
* Have the freedom to leverage your expertise and creativity
## **Logistics**
* **Part-time to start**, with potential for fulltime
* **Remote-friendly**, but in-person content shoots/events may happen (SF preferred but not required)
* Compensation: **base + meaningful performance-based bonuses\
