A fast-growing AI and data consultancy is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to deliver enterprise-grade data and AI platforms. This hybrid role, based in Washington DC, involves working directly with customers to deploy technical solutions, configure data platforms, build integrations using Python, SQL, and APIs, and troubleshoot operational issues. The ideal candidate will translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead technical workstreams, and mentor junior engineers. Experience with enterprise data systems, client-facing delivery, and operating in fast-moving environments is required. Preferred skills include government/defense sector experience, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data engineering, Palantir Foundry, Kubernetes, and Docker.

  • Working directly with customer teams to deploy technical solutions
