Salesforce (Service Cloud, Reporting, Admin experience helpful)

Create and maintain Executive dashboards, Alerts and Reports

Tableau Server Administration - Refresh schedules, Data prep and connections, Server Administration, Performance Optimization

Health Insurance + Contact Center domain experience
