Role summary

We are seeking an AI-Native Product Manager to accelerate product development using AI tools and agent-assisted coding. You will own product discovery and delivery for B2B money transfer products, leveraging tools like Claude Code and Codex for rapid prototyping and feature generation. The role requires 2-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, with hands-on experience using AI coding agents and strong technical fluency. You will collaborate closely with engineering and designers, utilize data analytics tools, and possess a strong design sense. Experience in fintech and prior developer experience are preferred.

We’re looking for an
AI‑Native Product Manager
who uses
agent‑assisted coding and modern AI development tools
to dramatically accelerate how products are built and shipped. In this role, you won’t just write specs — you’ll actively use tools like
Claude Code, Codex, and other agent-based coding systems
to prototype features, generate production-ready code, and help move ideas from concept to release much faster. You will be responsible for prioritizing and releasing features across our B2B money transfer product line that enabled thousands of businesses around the world to send billions of dollars a year.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own product discovery and delivery for key fintech products and features
- Help develop a strategy for our B2B money transfer product line and prioritize your roadmap
- Use
agent-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and similar systems)
to rapidly prototype features and product workflows
- Build
working prototypes and functional implementations
to validate ideas and speed up development cycles
- Help
accelerate the development cycle
by moving ideas from concept → prototype → shipped feature faster
- Partner closely with engineering to refine AI‑generated implementations into production-ready systems
- Identify opportunities where
agentic development workflows
can increase team velocity
- Use AI tools to accelerate product work including research, documentation, analysis, and experimentation
- Run rapid product experiments to validate customer value and iterate quickly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or technology
- Strong product sense and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools
- Comfort
using AI agents to write or generate code, prototypes, scripts, or internal tools
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, databases, system architecture basics)
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and designers
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Experience using data analytics tools like Amplitude or Posthog
- Strong design sense with experience in Figma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with fintech products such as payments, banking, or financial data integrations
- Prior real-world developer experience
(e.g., software engineer, technical founder, or heavy coding background)
- Experience building personal projects, side projects, or entrepreneurial ventures
- Demonstrated habit of
building and shipping things independently
using modern development tools
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $110,000USD to $135,000USD. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
