Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an AI & Data Engineering Lead. Responsibilities include overseeing data collection and management, conducting data analysis, and refining datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability. The Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide data-driven insights, and implement scalable solutions to enhance YC Bench's benchmarking capabilities.
Qualifications

Expertise in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Data Management and Data Modeling
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or other relevant tools
Experience with cloud-based data solutions and data pipeline architectures
Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude for interpreting complex datasets
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
