Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex technology programs for clients in the oil, gas, and electricity sectors. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Oakland, CA.

Job Summary:

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in technology program/project management
Experience working with oil, gas, or electricity clients

Preferred Qualifications:

15+ years of relevant experience
Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Planisware)
PMP certification (PMI)
SAFe Agilist and SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program delivery
Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment with business and technology goals
Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
