Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each creator and customer and comes with a variety of unique perks.Weâre on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. Youâll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.Responsibilities
- Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
- Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
- Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
- Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
- Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador
- +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for customer support and helping others
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Written fluency in additional languages
- Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
- Community Management experience
- Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture
