Role summary

Youtooz is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across various channels including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. This role will also contribute to community growth through social media interactions. The ideal candidate has excellent written English, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer support and internet culture. Responsibilities include resolving order issues, assisting with operational tasks, and acting as a brand ambassador. Experience with e-commerce platforms and ticketing systems is required.

Our mission is to bring the people you already love to watch and keep up with on the internet in real life, on your desk at work, your shelf in your bedroom or even in your living room for everyone to see. Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each creator and customer and comes with a variety of unique perks.We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. You’ll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.Responsibilities
  • Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
  • Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
  • Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
  • Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
  • Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador
Requirements
  • +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for customer support and helping others
Bonus Points
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Written fluency in additional languages
  • Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Community Management experience
  • Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture
