Role summary
Zeta Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Publisher Cloud (Supply) team. This role focuses on driving client outcomes and revenue growth within existing publisher accounts. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and ensuring strong platform adoption and value realization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve revenue targets. Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Publisher Partnerships, with a strong understanding of the digital media and ad tech landscape, is preferred.

Publisher Cloud - Customer Success Manager (Supply)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Customer Success Manager to drive client outcomes and revenue growth across our publisher (Supply) partners.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, responsible for renewals, expansion, and long-term partner value. You will act as a strategic advisor to your clients, aligning Zeta’s solutions to their business goals while ensuring strong platform adoption and measurable performance.
You will operate with clear accountability to revenue targets, pipeline development, and account health, while maintaining a high bar for client experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and proactive client engagement.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000.00, depending on location and experience.
