Senior Software Engineer

### Who you are
- Possess a minimum of eight years of relevant experience with an undergraduate program, six years with advanced studies, or three years at an expert level
- Demonstrate fluency in Chinese at a native or conversational level

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform strategic roadmap objectives into actionable feature specifications and tangible deliverables
- Developing and designing Zoom's central platform utilizing Java within the Spring Boot framework
- Developing a reliable and expandable platform using modern cloud infrastructure technologies, including Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, NoSQL, and SQL
- Driving cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategies to enhance service performance while ensuring product stability through AWS infrastructure such as EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, and S3
- Creating advanced metrics solutions integrated with data visualization to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
- Addressing urgent customer concerns while providing assistance to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction
