
Account Manager I (SMB)
Role summary
ZoomInfo is seeking a driven SMB Account Manager to upsell and retain a portfolio of existing SMB customer accounts. This role involves managing approximately 150 accounts, uncovering new opportunities through referrals, delivering product demos, and maintaining pipeline accuracy using Salesforce and Clari. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of successful closing sales experience, proficiency in both transactional and solution-led selling, and strong relationship-building skills. This is a hybrid, office-based role requiring 3 days in the office per week.
