Senior Rust Developers
Role summary
Zscaler is seeking Senior Rust Developers to join its Engineering Organization in the United States, preferably on the West Coast. This role involves building a new, highly scalable, reliable, and low-latency platform from the ground up. Responsibilities include designing and implementing distributed systems and core infrastructure components using Rust, leveraging its async capabilities. You will develop scalable systems focusing on concurrency and fault tolerance, implement gRPC-based APIs, and optimize system performance. The ideal candidate possesses deep Rust experience, expertise in building resilient distributed systems, and a strong understanding of system-level programming. Preferred qualifications include experience with C/C++/Go, Linux networking, and container orchestration technologies.

We are looking for Senior Rust Developers for various teams across our Engineering Org. There is some flexibility regarding location, however you must be based in the United States and preferably on the West Coast. Join us to build a new platform from the ground up that can scale hundreds of millions of users with high reliability and low latency. You will design and implement distributed system and core infrastructure components while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
