Sign up to see compensation estimateWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead e-commerce growth, marketplace operations, and brand marketing initiatives across North America. This role combines digital channel management, performance marketing, brand development, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue, improve customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Create and optimize product detail pages, branded storefronts, and digital merchandising assets.
- Monitor account performance and resolve listing, operational, or compliance issues.
- Develop and manage paid advertising strategies, including keyword targeting and bidding optimization to maximize ROAS.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure consistent product availability.
- Update website product listings and content to keep channels current and competitive.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness and sales in North America.
- Lead product launch strategies and identify hero products for long-term growth.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy and content development aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and manage influencer, UGC, and partnership programs; analyze performance and optimize results.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with brand partners, vendors, and external agencies as needed.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, creative materials, and brand resources.
- Produce ad hoc sales and marketing analysis reports.
Sales Support
- Develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing tools for retail and wholesale channels.
- Support store marketing initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure packaging or labeling materials meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
- Graphic design experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and campaign performance.
