The Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Secretary plays a dual role supporting marketing, outreach, and daily administrative operations. This position is responsible for generating referrals, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring smooth office coordination while representing the company with a polished, professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing, Sales & Outreach
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services
  • Actively generate referrals and new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach to hospitals, case managers, schools, and community partners
  • Follow up on all leads and convert inquiries into active clients
  • Meet monthly sales and referral targets
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and community events
  • Deliver presentations and explain services confidently to potential clients and partners
  • Administrative & Secretary Duties
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office communication
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and intake sessions
  • Maintain organized client and staff files (physical and electronic)
  • Assist with intake paperwork, onboarding documents, and data entry
  • Manage calendars for leadership and coordinate daily office operations
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Content Creation & Branding
  • Create flyers, marketing materials, and presentations
  • Maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications
  • Assist with website updates and online presence
  • Lead Tracking & Reporting
  • Track all referrals, leads, and outreach efforts
  • Maintain CRM or intake tracking systems
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance
  • Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities for growth
  • Travel & Field Work (Georgia)
  • Travel throughout the state of Georgia for outreach, meetings, and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources across regions
  • Attend in-person meetings with hospitals, agencies, and community partners
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or IDD services (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
