Full Cycle Recruiter – Consumer Goods

We are partnering with a well-known consumer goods company to identify an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment. This role will manage a diverse range of requisitions across multiple functions and play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies.

• Manage full cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from intake to offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting within consumer goods or related industries preferred
