As aSenior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our hiring strategy across Canada, supporting high-impact technical functions while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
This role offers a balance of 50% sourcing and 50% full-cycle recruiting, giving you the opportunity to build strong pipelines and close top talent across multiple engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings and posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring readiness for upcoming demand.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Lumentum’s values and culture.
• Leverage market data and insights to influence hiring decisions and advise business leaders.
• Collaborate with the broader TA and HR teams to drive process improvements, DEIB initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment within a high-tech or engineering environment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results with speed and quality.
