Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate pipelines. Other duties include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Building positive relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Understanding of employment laws and best practices in hiring
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role is a plus
