Principal Security Engineer

We are rapidly growing and seeking senior-level engineers and consultants who will bring deep technical expertise alongside strong client-facing consulting skills. In this role, you will lead high-impact security initiatives, guide clients through strategic and technical decisions, and architect resilient, modern security platforms. You will also serve as the primary owner for CyberArk machine identity products —responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the CyberArk ecosystem across complex enterprise environments.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you will work directly with CISOs, architects, cloud engineering teams, security practitioners, and major technology vendors to drive measurable outcomes and uplift enterprise security posture. As the company scales, this position offers significant opportunities to expand your technical mastery and grow into principal or leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

Advisory and Architecture

• Support discovery sessions and technical workshops with preparation, documentation, and follow up analysis
• Assist in designing PKI, CLM, HSM, and key management solutions across on premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Translate technical requirements into implementation tasks and automation workflows
• Document architecture diagrams, integration flows, and operational models
• Own A Technical Pod
• Implementation and Integration
• Implement and configure CLM and cryptographic platforms under senior guidance
• Support deployment and configuration of HSM solutions including cloud based HSM environments
• Configure certificate enrollment protocols including ACME, SCEP, and EST
• Integrate certificate and key management platforms with DevOps and CI CD environments
• Validate prerequisites, dependencies, and environment readiness before and during project kickoff
• Automation and Engineering
• Design and build automation scripts for certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation using APIs and SDKs
• Develop scripts and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tooling
• Assist in building monitoring, reporting, and compliance dashboards
• Support troubleshooting of complex integration and environmental issues
• Document runbooks, procedures, and operational workflows

Client Engagement and Delivery

• Participate in customer calls and workshops with preparation and structured follow ups
• Maintain accurate task updates, blockers, risks, and next steps
• Provide weekly status inputs for customer and internal reporting
• Record time accurately against project tasks with clear descriptions of work performed
• Escalate risks and technical challenges proactively

Sales and Scope Support

• Support Sales in gathering technical requirements and clarifying environment details
• Contribute to technical scoping discussions and level of effort estimates
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, or follow on engagement
