About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and extensive experience in iOS application development. A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, along with a minimum of six years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development processes. Experience leading and mentoring junior and intermediate developers, as well as collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders, is essential. Preferred qualifications include over eight years of comprehensive software development experience, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, and a proven track record working within agile environments and open-source frameworks.
Responsibilities

• Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs, collaborating closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
• Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, within a dynamic mobile team environment.
• Enhance software engineering practices by designing, developing, testing, and implementing innovative technical solutions using a full stack of modern tools and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior, intermediate, and senior mobile engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of evolving technological trends and assess their impact on the domain to ensure the team remains at the forefront of mobile development innovation.
