About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Automotive Engineer. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or higher qualification is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, CAD software, and testing procedures is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, SAE, and IATF is also desirable.
Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative automotive components and systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure seamless implementation across product lines.
Conduct detailed analysis and testing of prototypes to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, testing procedures, and project milestones.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the development process, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously improve product quality and performance.
Support manufacturing and quality assurance teams during production to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment activities to ensure project success and timely delivery.
