About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at FocusKPI. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams to deliver effective performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of performance management metrics and KPI development.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and testing of performance management tools and dashboards.
