Marketing Analyst

The Role

• Provide analytical support and strategic insights to marketing and loyalty teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data for strategic marketing campaign development
• Execute, analyze, and interpret results of customer loyalty and marketing campaigns
• Perform in-depth analyses, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Synthesize complex data and present insights clearly and concisely

What You'll Need

• 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Math/Stats (MBA a plus)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking expertise (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks a plus)
• Fundamental understanding of key financial and retail metrics
• Familiarity with insights and analytic tools, CRM technologies, and various data sources
• Proficient with MS Excel, data mining, query tools, BI reporting, or CRM tools
