About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team at Xcede. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and management of advanced AI infrastructure tailored for complex enterprise environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating federated AI ecosystems, including MCP servers, agents, and enterprise AI tooling, ensuring seamless deployment and operation across distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building scalable and secure AI infrastructure that supports large-scale enterprise initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI deployment at a global level, working on cutting-edge projects that define industry standards.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of architecting and building scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including agent orchestration, federated systems, or similar AI-powered development tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture patterns, distributed systems design, and best practices for scalable infrastructure.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with experience using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience working with AI agent frameworks, Large Language Model (LLM) integration, or implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions.
• Background in developing federated systems or multi-tenant AI platforms, demonstrating the ability to manage complex, distributed environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust AI infrastructure to facilitate federated agent development and support distributed deployment across various organizational units.
• Manage and orchestrate AI agents to generate architecturally sound code, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and related infrastructure to enable efficient agent communication, coordination, and integration with enterprise service buses.
• Leverage AI agents to automate code review processes, including analysis, quality assurance, and architectural validation, to accelerate development cycles.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, governance, and security frameworks to ensure the integrity and safety of AI agent operations within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI infrastructure with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI infrastructure, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to enhance system performance and security.
