About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Agile Scrum team at CACI International. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for software applications that serve critical national security functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, stakeholders, and end users, to create intuitive and effective designs. You will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative solutions, developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and ensuring that design standards are maintained across projects. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen capable of passing a CBP background investigation. A degree in a related field such as Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a similar discipline is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in visual or interaction design roles, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant work. Proficiency in enterprise UI design tools such as Figma, Axure, or equivalent is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and to understand technical constraints and possibilities. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces are critical for success in this role.
