About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Collate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces for our suite of data management products. Your designs will directly impact the user experience, helping our clients to navigate complex data sets with ease and efficiency. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in UI design, preferably within software development or technology sectors, is essential. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms is required. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design is necessary. Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a keen eye for detail are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a UI Designer at Collate, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand identity and user needs.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging designs.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve the interface designs.
• Ensuring consistency across all visual elements and adherence to accessibility standards and best practices.
• Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality output.
