Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Data Officer. The Chief Data Officer will oversee the organization's data strategy, ensuring excellence in data governance, management, and quality control. Responsibilities include developing and implementing data policies, leading data science initiatives to generate actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making. The role also encompasses ensuring compliance with industry-leading data standards, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving a data-first culture across the organization.

• Strong expertise in Data Governance and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy frameworks.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Technical proficiency in Data Management and Data Quality to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible data systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Science, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven experience in leadership, with the ability to build and guide cross-functional data teams effectively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to align the data strategy with business objectives.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications in data-related areas are a plus.
