Chief Data Officer
to lead the next phase of growth for one of the largest multimodal oncology datasets in the world.

Operating at the intersection of AI, clinical genomics, and biopharma partnerships, this role will define how large-scale clinico-genomic data is productised, commercialised, and deployed across drug discovery, clinical development, and precision medicine.

The Role

The Chief Data Officer will lead the strategy and execution behind the company’s real-world data and oncology data platform, translating complex scientific datasets into products and partnerships that drive value for biopharma.

This role combines data product leadership, technical credibility, and external commercial engagement, working closely with biopharma partners to unlock the full potential of a large-scale precision oncology dataset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the data product strategy for a large-scale clinico-genomic dataset
• Expanding biopharma partnerships that leverage the organisation’s data platform
• Developing commercial data products and AI-enabled analytics platforms
• Leading the productisation and delivery of real-world oncology data assets
• Engaging directly with biopharma R&D, translational medicine, and data science teams
• Building internal capabilities across data product, analytics, and partnership teams
• Positioning the company as a leading oncology data partner for biopharma

We are seeking a leader who combines deep data product expertise with strong external engagement capabilities in the life sciences ecosystem.

Typical backgrounds may include:

• Senior leadership roles within precision medicine, real-world data, or oncology data platforms
• Experience building or commercialising clinico-genomic or real-world data products
• Direct engagement with biopharma partners on complex scientific data platforms
• Experience operating at the intersection of data product strategy, AI, and drug development

Exposure to areas such as genomics, oncology, real-world evidence, AI/ML, or precision medicine is highly desirable.
