GTM Engineer
Role summary
Airtable is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and automate go-to-market systems and data infrastructure using AI, no-code/low-code tools, and custom integrations. The role involves developing AI-powered automations with LLMs, connecting GTM data flows between systems like Salesforce and Databricks, and treating built systems as products. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, or data engineering, with hands-on experience in workflow automation and familiarity with Salesforce and API integrations. Experience with AI tools, data warehousing, and scripting is a plus. This role offers greenfield ownership and significant leverage in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
