GTM Engineer
Role summary
Justworks is seeking a GTM Engineer to act as a force multiplier for their go-to-market organization. This role involves building and architecting systems for the full revenue lifecycle, leveraging automation and AI. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in the Salesforce ecosystem, proficiency in SQL, and experience with ELT frameworks and APIs. Responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure, implementing AI-powered workflows, building data pipelines, and enabling revenue intelligence through dashboards and automation. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to drive growth and improve customer outcomes. A background in a customer-facing role is a plus.

This role sits inside Revenue Operations. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Data & Analytics to identify high-leverage problems and ship solutions that stick.

You'll embed directly with revenue leadership and front-line teams to understand where friction lives. You'll own problems end-to-end — from discovery through deployment and instrumentation. You'll communicate tradeoffs clearly, build for maintainability, and ship with the urgency of someone who knows that slow tooling costs quota. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $112,500.00 - $123,750.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
