For over 10 years, our client has been disrupting and transforming the security industry. Their 100% purpose-built cloud platform delivers the entire gateway security stack as a service through 150 global data centers to securely connect users to their applications. They work in a fast-paced, dynamic and make it happen culture.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join their IT Strategy & Planning team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California and will go into the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations; manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams; track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Create project documentation, including executive-level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports.
  • Build strong working relationships and quickly establish credibility across an organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager focused on infrastructure, operations and security.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies: PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with ability to identify, analyze and resolve project‑related issues.
