Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a
Senior Quality Automation Engineer (QAE)
to
transform and modernize
an enterprise QA program that is currently manual and vendor heavy. This is a
hands-on, senior individual contributor role
for a quality engineer who has personally built automation frameworks, driven meaningful reductions in manual testing, and used
agentic or AI assisted approaches
to create leverage at scale.

This role exists to
prove a new quality model
: fewer people, more automation, earlier signal, and higher confidence.

What You’ll Own

- Redesign QA from
manual / partner driven testing
to engineering led
quality
- Architect and build
automation frameworks
(API, integration, UI)
- Increase automation coverage and reduce regression effort through
leverage, not headcount
- Establish
test data strategies
, including automated or synthetic data generation
- Embed quality earlier in the SDLC and partner directly with engineers
- Experiment with and implement
agentic or AI drivenn workflows
for:
- Test creation and maintenance
- Test data setup
- Intelligent validation and failure analysis
