We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer capable of crafting world-class digital experiences from the ground up. This individual will play a foundational role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of the Xenios platform.

The Role

As a UI/UX Designer at Xenios, you will own the end-to-end user experience across our web and mobile platforms. You will transform complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive and visually compelling designs, ensuring a seamless experience for both coaches and clients.

This is a high-impact, equity-based opportunity to join an early-stage startup and help define a category at the intersection of AI, digital health, and performance technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to production.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system.
• Design AI-powered interfaces, including conversational and personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders to bring designs to life.
• Produce developer-ready design specifications and assets.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
• Optimize experiences using data-driven insights and feedback.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across the Xenios ecosystem.

Tech Context

You will collaborate with a team building with:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native (Expo)
• Backend: Go, Supabase, PostgreSQL
• AI Integrations: Anthropic Claude, Deepgram, MediaPipe
• Infrastructure: Fly.io, Vercel
• Design Tools: Figma and modern prototyping platforms

• A talented UI/UX or Product Designer with an exceptional portfolio.
• Experienced in designing web and mobile applications from concept to launch.
• Passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and user-centric digital experiences.
• Skilled in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player.

Pay: From $51,595.01 per year
