Role summary

American Security Products (AMSEC) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Cash Management Product Portfolio. This role focuses on managing the lifecycle of cash automation solutions, driving innovation, market alignment, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cash handling technologies, customer needs in banking/retail, and strong product leadership. Responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, conducting market intelligence, developing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading go-to-market initiatives. The position requires 5-10 years of product management experience, with direct exposure to cash recycling, ATM, or cash handling, and a proven track record of launching complex B2B products.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Cash Management Product Portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our cash automation solutions, with a focus on innovation, market alignment, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of cash handling technologies, customer needs in banking/retail environments, and strong product leadership skills.

  • Own the product lifecycle for the cash recycling and smart safe portfolio – from market research and roadmap definition to launch, optimization, and sunset.
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging technologies in cash handling and automation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer value, ROI, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and measuring product performance to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic partnerships and vendor relationships related to hardware, software, and service components of the product.
  • 5–10 years of product management experience, with direct exposure to cash recycling, ATM, cash handling, or retail cash management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand hardware-software integrations and operational workflows.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex B2B products in financial services, retail, or cash logistics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with cross-border teams.
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
