Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, this role ensures that products not only meet market demands but also achieve key business growth objectives. \*\*Core Responsibilities\*\*
\*\*1. Product Planning & Strategy Execution\*\*
\* Translate the company's overarching product strategy into specific development plans for individual product lines.
\* Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap.
\* Translate business objectives into clear product directions and priorities.
\* Identify opportunities for new products and directions for feature innovation.
\*\*2. Product Lifecycle Management\*\*
\* Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition, design, and development through to launch and iteration.
\* Manage product version planning and release cadence.
\* Continuously optimize product features and user experience.
\* Make decisions regarding product optimization, upgrades, or end-of-life/sunset strategies.
\*\*3. User Needs & Market Insights\*\*
\* Collect and analyze user requirements, behavioral data, and feedback.
\* Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
\* Define target user personas and usage scenarios.
\* Translate the "Voice of the Customer" into product requirements and improvement initiatives.
\*\*4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Delivery\*\*
\* Collaborate closely with Engineering (R&D), Design (UX/UI), and QA/Testing teams.
\* Drive Agile development processes (Agile/Scrum).
\* Coordinate resources to ensure timely product delivery.
\* Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the product development process.
\*\*5. Commercialization & Growth Support\*\*
\* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to formulate Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
\* Support pricing strategies and business model design.
\* Drive product user growth, conversion, and retention.
\* Track product market performance and continuously optimize strategies based on results.
\*\*6. Data Analysis & Decision Support\*\*
\* Establish a system of key product metrics (e.g., DAU, MAU, Conversion Rate).
\* Leverage data analysis to guide product optimization and iteration.
\* Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations.
\* Improve product ROI and overall business contribution.
\*\*7. Team Management & Capability Building\*\*
\* Lead and manage the Product Management (PM) team and related roles.
\* Mentor Product Managers in requirements analysis and product design.
\* Establish product management processes and methodologies.
\* Foster professional development within the team and build a strong talent pipeline.
\*\*Qualifications\*\*
\*\*Basic Requirements\*\*
\* Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
20+ years of experience in Product Management.
10+ years of experience in team management.
Proven experience managing the complete product lifecycle.
\*\*Professional Competencies\*\*
\* Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile Development, Lean Product).
\* Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Axure, data analytics platforms).
\* Possess a solid technical understanding (enabling effective communication with Engineering teams).
