Our Customers

SQUID is designed to support medical centers with 200 staffed beds or more and scale to serve integrated delivery networks (IDN’s) of any size. Hospitals are typically the largest employers in the communities they serve. They have varied constituencies, complex operations, thin contribution margins and are burdened by unfunded regulatory mandates that require significant taxpayer subsidies. Healthcare providers have been relatively slow to innovate and digitize, are often functionally siloed and reliant on manual processes that generate unreliable data.

As a result, hospitals are inefficient, wasteful and over-capitalized. Due to intensifying financial, strategic and regulatory challenges amplified by the recent Covid pandemic, the hospital business model is stressed and must evolve. Top IDN priorities include reducing non-labor operating expenses and improving care delivery quality, both substantially.
