Senior Salesforce Product Owner

  • We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Owner who thrives in complex environments and loves owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • In this role, you’ll lead Salesforce-based solutions that support lead management, enrollment journeys, and appointment scheduling. You’ll work closely with business and technical partners, drive prioritization decisions, and play a key role in delivering high-impact customer and user experiences.
  • This is a fully remote, senior-level opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, embedding deeply in the platform, and being the trusted product voice.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog
  • Lead discussions with business partners on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery approach
  • Work hands-on within Salesforce to understand user flows and experience
  • Guide teams through complex, high-volume lead and enrollment use cases
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner or related role, in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Experience/Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Lightning components, and Apex.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a product backlog.
  • Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, and third-party systems within Salesforce, like Docusign.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to modify, add, and create Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, and all field types.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
  • Experience with sales process automation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and application development best practices.
