What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a single global platform, including data cleaning and architecture evaluation
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce product lifecycle, including design, configuration, and continuous improvement
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into clear specifications and user stories
- Drive collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to optimize commercial processes
