SAP Program Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP Program Manager
to lead a large-scale, multi-year SAP transformation initiative for a leading U.S.-based energy company. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in SAP programs, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex, multi-year SAP transformation program across multiple business units
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams within the program
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Business and IT organizations
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and industry standards specific to the energy sector
• Provide regular program updates, reports, and executive-level presentations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in program management
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes and enterprise implementations
• Experience managing multiple teams and complex program structures
• Deep understanding of the energy sector, including business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working with multiple vendors and service providers
