What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the bridge between IT and Operations to align systems, data, and workflows
• Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business teams
• Support ERP readiness by assessing systems, data structures, and workflows
• Improve usability and performance of tools like Microsoft platforms and Jira
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) to support sales and operational decisions
• Perform data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and "what-if" scenario planning
• Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and consistency across systems
• Design and maintain databases while supporting data governance practices
• Identify system gaps and recommend enhancements to improve performance
• Track cross-functional initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned and informed
• Support reporting rollouts, user training, and ongoing data requests

What We're Looking For

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business systems roles
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business process improvement
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and tools like Jira
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in developing project management capabilities (PMP or similar is a plus)

Compensation & Work Model

• 80 000.00 - 90 000.00 (based on experience)
• Stable, full-time opportunity
• Onsite work environment (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Location & Travel

• Onsite role
• Minimal travel required
