Senior Product Manager
Role summary
Arcserve is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of data protection and cyber resilience solutions for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. This role requires deep domain expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, a strong understanding of MSP business models, and hands-on experience with AI, automation, and agentic systems. The Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmaps, drive innovation in key areas like ransomware protection and anomaly detection, and partner with engineering and data teams to develop intelligent, automation-first features. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, leveraging AI tools for PM productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
Position Overview
Arcserve is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of data protection and cyber resilience solutions designed for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
This role requires a strong blend of domain expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, deep understanding of MSP business models, and hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging agentic systems to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for MSP-focused data protection solutions
- Design capabilities that support multi-tenancy, automation, scalability, and efficient MSP operations
- Drive innovation in backup, ransomware protection, anomaly detection, and disaster recovery orchestration
- Identifyand deliver AI/automation opportunities, including predictive insights, workflow automation, and agent-driven operations
- Partner with engineering and data teams to develop intelligent, automation-first features
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product workflows (research, documentation, analysis, prototyping)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with customers and MSP partners
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including metrics, prioritization, and Agile execution
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS
- Strongexpertisein data protection, backup & recovery, DR, or cyber resilience
- Proven experience building or managing products for the MSP market
- Experience using AI tools to enhance PM productivity and workflows
- Experience defining or contributing to AI/ML, automation, or agent-driven features
- Solid understanding of MSP operations (multi-tenancy, service delivery, SLAs)
- Experience with hybrid/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem)
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withDRaaS/BaaS or SaaS data protection platforms
- Familiarity with ransomware detection and cyber recovery workflows
- Background in infrastructure (virtualization, storage, networking)
- Experience with subscription or usage-based pricing models
