ARServices is seeking a
Senior Technical Program Manager
to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Combat Support (CZ) Directorate at Fort Belvoir, VA. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced program management professional with strong expertise in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and CBRNE-related wargaming. You will serve as a key leader on our Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) team, providing high-level expertise in counterthreat strategies, strategic trends and insights, and emerging threat planning. The Senior Technical Program Manager will support CWMD and CBRNE wargaming integration, planning, execution, and utilization through tailored documentation, deliverables, and direct participation in events, working groups, interagency activities, and DTRA CZ mission initiatives.
Position Description:
The Senior Technical Program Manager will act as the senior point of contact for the CZ contract, overseeing delivery of all contract items and ensuring overall performance. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, and deliverables for technical projects supporting DTRA’s wargaming program objectives while integrating subcontractors and maintaining alignment with organizational programmatic functions.
Location & Travel:
This is a full-time position based in the
Ft. Belvoir, VA
area, with minimal travel expected.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the senior point of contact for the CZ contract, responsible for delivery of all items identified within the proposal as well as additional items within the scope of the contract.
• Maintain familiarity with the myriad of programmatic functions within the organization.
• Track cost, schedule, and deliverables related to technical projects designed to meet CZ’s wargaming program objectives.
• Ensure the overall contract meets cost, schedule, quality, and performance metrics while managing and integrating subcontractors.
• All other duties as assigned.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI clearance is required.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
