Role Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at ASI Corp. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and building relationships with clients. Your contributions will be essential to our mission of providing top-notch IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and current customers with low activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Accountable for achieving overall revenue/profit/share objectives through active selling and operational execution within assigned customers.
  • Manages and oversees the sales process for assigned accounts and develops a robust pipeline to drive ongoing sales opportunities
  • Partners and plans effectively with internal ASI resources to ensure all areas of the sales process are executed to plan.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to propose relevant solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to develop business relationships through warm calling techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, a quick learner, driven, and have a great work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Full-time:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary:
Competitive salary depending on experience & Commission plus bonuses
